  　南阪奈道路のトンネルで中心線が設計位置からずれるなどした問題で、施工者の清水建設は覆工コンクリートの打設前にずれを把握しながら、適切に対応していなかった。覆工コンクリートを撤去し、中心線を是正したうえで打設し直す。
