tateisu :force::r_9a:https://github.com/mastodon/mastodon/pull/23989 でMastodonの次バージョンから、認証なしだと無条件にstreamingが401で失敗するようになるらしい。公開TLをストリーミングで監視する外部サービスとかはそのサーバにアカウントを作る必要がある。STの疑似アカウントも勿論ストリーミングが効かなくなる。
