It was really fun, and I got to visit a bunch of stuff in Tohoku and Hokkaido and experience a whole mess of Japan that I didn't actually plan for. I spent days biking around Morioka and Hirosaki, took a day trip to Tazawako and Akita for the fuck of it, spent my time in Hakodate refusing to sober up, drove around Hokkaido in a terrifying little car (and may have gotten speeding tickets from keeping up with the traffic), got caught up in the Sapporo earthquake, managed to escape out on a plane to Fukushima but missed my days in Aomori and Fukushima, then spent my last few days in Hakone walking around and being drunk and pretending not to know English. It was all pretty great. Ever since I got back I've been jetlagged to fuck so I might just drop dead all of a sudden halfway through the stream. It's been fun.**I also have a whole bunch of stations and trains for you. I'll start posting when Trainroll starts, and Trainroll won't stop until all the stations and trains have been posted.
