ローカル環境で始めたいなら、Gitea ならファイル１個で動くし、大変のメニューが日本語化されているのでおすすめです。
あと UI が GitHub ととても似ているので、ゆくゆく GitHub にというのも。（私は逆パティーンでしたが）
