  @xeno I really like the plain old Windows 95 desktop design and it's really light on resources. I frequently use remote desktop via X2Go and MATE works the best. XFCE isn't bad, it's tied for second place with LXDE.

  @maiyannah i tried it again a couple months ago and it's definitely better, but I still had problems getting most things to run.
