      　政府は、マイナンバーカードに内蔵されている公的な電子証明書を、スマートフォンにも搭載することができるよう制度を見直す方針だ。インターネットでの買い物や銀行取引などが、より安全で簡単になる。来年の通常国会に関連法案を提出する。
