     @unitedtv @imbsky You're not a non-profit unless the government of wherever you are actually grants you that status. Until then you are for profit and have to pay taxes like anyone else.

     @imbsky The one where you said it's managed by a co-admin? Well, if his name is on stuff like the server and domain then he's the one whose in deep shit if he doesn't declare the donations correctly, of course. That's not any better from my point of view.

     @imbsky I did, but I'm not sure how that's relevant. I'm just telling you (as in, your admin team) that taking money without declaring it is super dangerous. If you did declare it then that's fine of course, it's just much more effort than what I'd do for $23/mo.
