estpls死者の預金は相続人に相続されるので相続人全員の名義で解約することはできるはず。銀行の預金者に対する預金払戻債務は10年の消滅時効にかかるので最後の取引以後10年を経過すれば銀行は口座を消滅させられるけどサービスとしてそのまま維持して登録住所に「この口座どうすんの？処す？」っていう通知が送られてきたりしますね
