      軽減税率：コンビニ食品に　「店内飲食禁止」条件　財務省 - 毎日新聞

      　財務省は、来年１０月の消費税率１０％への引き上げ時に導入する軽減税率を巡り、店内に椅子やテーブルを置くコンビニやスーパーなど小売店の対応基準を明確化した。「飲食禁止」を明示し、実際に客が店内で飲食しないことを条件に、店内で販売する全ての飲食料品（酒類除く）に８％の軽減税率を適用する。
