@clacke i actually trust the rigor of bloomberg here. also on a matter like this apple and amazon would be incentivized and completely empowered if not coerced, by the federal government to make unequivocal denials. they are in a bad situation. it's not even "pay now or pay later," it's "pay now and pay later" or just "pay later." I'd take the single hit.

If bloomberg got this wrong, a lot of people are resigning in shame.
