ぽむ少し誤解があるが、向いてない2人はとても優秀で努力家です。1人は半年で単独で自分で考えた技術で特許三件出してるくらいずば抜けてる。もう1人は部署移動で専門じゃない職場から来たのに頑張ってて頼りにしてる。できないことの言い訳で向いてないと言ってるわけではないので、根が深い問題だなと考えてる。
