    ①まず乱切りにしたナスに片栗粉をまんべんなくまぶします
    ②170度くらいの油で１分揚げます
    ③その間に熱湯でダシつゆを4:1で割ります
    ④挙がったナスにかけて大根おろしかけたらうめ０
