4.15.0で起動が遅い件、acpi=noirqで回避はできたけど念のため古いカーネルが消えないようにしておこう
$ sudo apt-mark manual '*4.4.0-135*'
linux-image-4.4.0-135-generic set to manually installed.
linux-signed-image-4.4.0-135-generic set to manually installed.
linux-image-extra-4.4.0-135-generic set to manually installed.
linux-headers-4.4.0-135-generic can not be marked as it is not installed.
linux-headersが余計でした。無視されてるだけかな。
