      　議長選出が難航している沖縄県与那国町議会は１０日も決まらず、議案審議できない異常事態が続いている。開会から連日続く議長選はすでに３９回に上った。勢力が拮抗（きっこう）する与野党双方に過半数を維持したい思惑があるが、機能不全の議会に識者は「議会そのものの存在意義を失わせる。
