これは大雑把に言うとSchemeの処理系をshebangに対応させる拡張仕様の仕様書なのですが、ここでもenv（というか、POSIXやSUSに規定されたあらゆるコマンド）がファイルシステム上でどこにあるかは実装依存という問題に言及しており、調査の結果まあ/usr/bin/envに依存してよかろうという感じの結論になっている
