weepjpアメリカに進出して、hatena.com 上でサービスやってたけど、そのときに hate を含む社名を見直さなかったことからして、hate の意味すら気付かなかった説ある。当然そんなマイナスな意味を含んだ名前で長続きするはずなく、すぐに引き上げたそうだ。
