Star Trek Deep Space9に出てくるwarpのリスニングを昨日した。

会話の中で出るwarpについてはワープなのか、ウォープなのかよく聞き取れなかった。

以下の可能性がある
- 日本語のワープに引きずれている
- リスニング力がたいしたことない

しかしながら、聞いたものはwarpであると認識できる。
それは会話文の中のコンテキストにより聞き取れている可能性がある。

フランス人の英語発音ベジタシオン(vegetation)。正しい発音ではないが、聞き取れる。
それはその知識を持っているから。
