There should be a global 'awareness' week for developers. For a week reduce your RAM to 2 GB, disable all cores except 2, downscale your resolution to 1366x768 and cap your internet at 1 Mbps (or less for mobile developers)...
Maybe, just maybe we will start to have less crappy, bloated software.

@donblanco ActivityPub and OStatus are different protocols for the same thing - the idea is that the whole fediverse starts using ActivityPub as it is lighter and simpler to implement, it also makes easier Client to Server communication -

It's a local test instance most of its content is pure garbage xD. That tag is just `test` written in portuguese :) -

No, when a notice comes from a remote instance (A) and is viewed on a local instance B the source shown is the protocol used to take it from A to B.
Check the video at 0:48, the notice "Is it a game or is real" on left is sourced Web and on right is sourced ActivityPub :)
Yet, on my last commit the plugin now behaves like OStatus plugin: https://git.gnu.io/dansup/ActivityPub/blob/dev/ActivityPubPlugin.php#L415-453 and overrides the "from ActivityPub" with "Sent from %s via ActivityPub" -
