    @a1batross overall okay I guess. I think aced listening, reading and speaking. I did however fail managing my time on writing and I when I wrote the last sentence of the essay, only 10 seconds were left on the timer, so I obviously didn't have time to proofread it. will see the results in a week I guess

    was doing an english exam yesterday. the first part I had was speaking, so when commuting to the testing centre I thought to myself that maybe I could do some small talk with other people waiting for the exam to get in the mood. when I walked into the waiting room however everyone just stared at me without saying a word, so I thought to myself "ah yeah, we are still in russia, alright" and then everyone just sat dead silent for 30 minutes before we were called into the testing room

    this russian hacker talk made me remember a time in 7th or 8th grade me and a friend chipped in lunch money to buy a raspberry pi zero and installed it behind a switch in the informatics auditorium. then we used it to bluescreen computers in auditoriums when we were bored using smbloris. one time we were doing it during an informatics class, when the it guy barged in, went to the switch and plugged the rpi right off. then he came up right to me and the friend and was like "YOURS?", I answered no and he went away. then we realized we used a domain to connect to the intermediate server (there was NAT so we couldn't connect to it directly even from school wifi) and that domain had legit WHOIS info of the friend. we quickly changed it and hoped they wouldn't look into whois history. we also put an ascii akarin saying a meme phrase in russian that basically means "you can't do shit to me" on the domain. neither of us were called to the principal later, so I assume we covered up the tracks well enough. recently another friend still at that school asked the it guy if he still has the rpi, but he apparently forgot where he put it lol. I kinda miss doing stupid and irresponsible shit like this

    chinese manufacturer decided to put a flimsy cap that doesn't fully seal the bottle instead of a proper reclosable one shown in pictures, so now everything that was in same bag smells like dark chinese vinegar even though it didn't actually spillthank you for reading my blog post

    found a cheap chinese grocery which has some ingredients you wouldn't find in other places here, but their order quantities are, uh, restaurant-oriented sometimes, I guess. like, you can get 200g of douchi no big deal, but if you want custard powder you have to buy 3.7kg of it at a time

    russian citizen initiatives website is really fun to read. there are proposals like nationalizing the energy industry to stop the "robbery by corporations", making the use of microsoft windows illegal in russian federation, labeling food products that cause addiction with an example of coca-cola as such product and even mandating the use of Rust for projects with increased reliability like nuclear weapons lmao

    @duponin well, that's already more than I can do :D kindergarten me never bothered to learn neither russian nor english alphabet order for whatever reason and once I got older I didn't really have a need to learn it either. to this day this only causes me problems when credo comlains about nonalphabetic module alias ordering lol
