Just realised that the Most Untranslatable Japanese Word, "bimyou", actually translates pretty literally to going "eeeh", grimacing, and wiggling your hand side to side.

You can tell the language is missing an important word when you have to make up a universally recognisable gesture to replace the concept it conveys.
