I will be moving to Japan on a spousal visa which restricts me to work only 28h per week.

I'm an embedded systems and IoT developer with C, C++, ASM experience as well as personal projects in C++, Rust and OpenGL.

As I am looking for a job in Tokyo in a semi-western startup/small company, would anyone hire a more "part-time" worker? Thank you very much for any info.

After isolating myself from any modern entertainment for a while and trying out some Netflix show (Russian Doll), there's just, propaganda being drilled into watchers every second

I'm not an OOP fan. I like C a lot, functional langs, etc. I don't care what language you're using. But make sure to use it right, and not mix your C with C++ like it's the same language. If you're using C++, do it right. Likewise with C or anything else.
