     @ademan @Zettour @Moon @coolboymew this case is all around nonsensical because establishing copyright with only an nft is impossible, because copyright isn't a contract or claim between the parties involved in the nft creation, sale and purchase.

     I mean I could see the law compelling the thief to “return” the NFT or whatever, but certainly having the law recognize a different owner from the blockchain would be a ridiculous position

     @ademan @Zettour @coolboymew My opinion is the license should go along with the ownership even if stolen, so the law has to butt out. You have to be more careful. That's just the way this tech is.
