It's currently not possible to provision a postgresql cluster on GNU/Hurd.
Do I give up or host the database externally? It kind of misses the point since then the new instance won't be 100% CoC free, but I'd still have the world first Pleroma instance with an external database. @lain please support something that isn't memesql.-

@lain Is it at least possible to connect to the database over TCP? Ex Jay suggested running postmemesql on OpenBSD. -
