    Also speaking was Gabby Giffords, a former Arizona US representative. In 2011 she was shot in the head by a deranged shooter at a rally. I was supposed to be at the rally but I slept in otherwise I might have died.A lot of hard work by doctors was done to fix her up, and she looks good in controlled settings, but when you see her up close trying to talk, she can barely function, which is incredibly sad. She struggled to read her speech, pausing at times, while many people in the audience in quiet voices encouraged her and gave support, and she continued. It was a powerfully emotional moment.

    @shmibs that sounds like your argument against it, which is a better argument than the grab-bag of bad arguments in the article. The article straightforwardly says what it thinks, which just portrays it as nonstandard masculinity, which is weird if only one partner is ok with it.
