Deck consumes the same APIs that any 3rd party app could. It is opt-in and like follower/following counts, you can hide it.

We think stuff like "posts per day" and the like is better suited to its own private dashboard.

Someone requested post scheduling in pixelfed a few months ago.

I started working on it along with other features and called it Deck.

When I announced it, it was pretty controversial. I didn't word it well and some people thought I was going to add analytics to pixelfed.

Feed planning, scheduling and basic insights (like how many followers/likes/boosts you got this week) will eventually make it into :pixelfed: after we finish other stuff!

@Clipsey Yeah, only 2 users (out of almost 5000) have hit the previous 1GB limit and I can manually increase each account limit until we move to cloud storage.

@Clipsey The limits on pixelfed.social will be removed soon! Each instance can set its own limit or remove the limit entirely.
