@colonthree the fun part here is that IF you rebooted your server in that time (as I did) and were unlucky it was just stuck. until somebody at scaleway did... something. whatever it was that they did. they didn't feel like saying.

@joeld yeah but ssh also does a lot of just convenience stuff, like key-based login, easy port forwarding (static ans SOCKS), easily setup x forwarding, sftp, it also lets you to restrict access in various ways (want user to be able to only run certain commands in certain folders), et cetera - that's all valuable stuff
