These organizations usually ends up appointing zealots who ends up caring more about such initiatives than the supposed primary goals of the organization in the first place. This is annoying because it destroys the organization and ends up making it racist and sexist too in most cases. See James Damore and Google. I'll remind you that for his extremely milquetoast memo, the CEO came back home in an emergency to take care of the case... what?While Stallman had some wild ideas, I guarantee you that the organization would have a better focus with him at the helm than someone who's looking like a clear diversity zealot, you can see it in his Twitter, it is pretty much nothing but thatI a not kidding when I call these people zealots. The organization will become the diversity initiative and it will drive away everyone who actually cared for the primary goal and will bring nothing but people who cares about nothing but diversity initiatives
